I was feeling guilty for wanting it so bad. And feeling so sorry you had to choose. That must have been such a difficult decision. When Brigham said he was going to show the video from it, I thought for sure it couldn't be mine as my submission was considerably longer than the others. When he turned the computer around and I saw my amazing family on the screen, I literally screamed and the tears instantly started flowing. I couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it. I am so overjoyed and so grateful...I can't keep it inside. I keep telling people over and over again and have spread the word all over the country. Thank you! Really, Thank you! This means so much...not only to me, but to my entire extended family. They are all so excited and grateful!"

Thank you to my amazing aunts and uncles. It was YOUR legacy that caught their attention. It was how you allowed music to bind you together. It is your story. And I'm so glad I was able to help preserve it. And now we will also be able to preserve Grandma's piano too!

It's Father's Day, and today I am so missing my sweet dad pictured here fixing this piano. It is so him. He was always so willing and so kind and could do just about anything. Thank you dad. For being the best dad and example to me.
Yesterday, June 15th, is a special anniversary day. My Grandma and Grandpa Springer got married 88 years ago! My parents and several other Springer family members also share that anniversary. It is so fitting that we received this amazing gift during this time.
