Doris leads our refinishing team here at the piano shop, overseeing the cabinet restoration for every piano we rebuild. Her work ties the entire restoration together so the piano looks as good as it performs. Her eye for detail and commitment to quality make her an essential part of the restoration process and a valued member of our team.

In honor of Julio—who led our refinishing team for over a decade.
Julio was responsible for keeping our restored pianos looking like new. His attention to detail and craftsmanship showed up in every cabinet that came through our shop.

Piano moving has been part of our family and our piano shop for years. We handle upright and grand pianos with care, whether it’s a local move or coordinating nationwide pickup and delivery for restoration. Each piano is moved with attention to its weight, balance, and structure, making sure it arrives safely and is positioned properly from start to finish.

Thayne Larson
Thayne is one of Brigham’s sons and has grown up around piano moving his entire life. Being part of a family deeply involved in the piano shop, he developed an early understanding of how to properly handle both upright and grand pianos.
He brings care and attention to each move, helping ensure instruments are transported safely. In addition to his work in the shop, Thayne is also musical and enjoys singing. He’s a dependable part of the team and plays an important role in making sure each move goes smoothly.

Brig Jr. Larson
Brig Jr., one of Brigham’s sons, has been around pianos and piano moving from a young age, learning the process firsthand in the shop. He has developed the skills needed to handle pianos safely and efficiently, with a clear understanding of the care these instruments require.
He assists with piano moves, deliveries, and setup, helping ensure each instrument is handled properly from start to finish. Brig Jr. is also musical and plays in a band, bringing that same energy and dedication into his work at the shop. He’s a valued member of the team and contributes to the consistency and reliability of our moving services.

Melissa Terry
Melissa plays a key role in creating a positive, well-organized experience here at the piano shop. She works closely with customers in the showroom, helping guide piano selections, and coordinates restoration projects as a liaison between our technicians and clients.
As Brigham’s executive assistant, she keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting both sales and customer care. Melissa is also a talented pianist, and her positive attitude and constant smile help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for everyone who comes into the shop.
We truly appreciate Melissa and the consistency, professionalism, and positive energy she brings to our team every day.
Systems Developer & Administrative Support
Susie Martinez
Susie plays a key role in both customer care and internal systems here at the piano shop. She works closely with our customers to coordinate tunings, piano moves, and service appointments, making sure everything is scheduled clearly and runs smoothly. She’s organized, responsive, and does a great job helping customers feel taken care of from the first call to the final service.
Behind the scenes, Susie also works on our internal systems, using coding and technical tools to improve scheduling, communication, and overall efficiency. She helps build and maintain the systems that support both our team and our customers, making the day-to-day operations of the shop run more smoothly.

Ezaray Lopp
Ezaray Lopp brings a bright, cheerful energy to the team, paired with a warm, welcoming smile. With a unique background that spans both hands-on craftsmanship and administrative expertise, Ezaray offers a well-rounded perspective.
Before joining the admin team, Ezaray worked as a keytop restoration specialist, developing a deep understanding of piano care and detail-oriented precision. Ezaray is known for being approachable, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others have a great experience.

Alisa Miller
Alisa works closely with Karmel to lead the marketing efforts here at the piano shop. She helps plan and create content that shares what we do—from piano restoration projects to showroom highlights and educational resources for our customers.
From social media and advertising to website management and promotions, Alisa plays a key role in how we connect with and serve our community. We appreciate the creativity, organization, and consistency she brings to the shop.
