I love Brigham Larson Pianos!!!
I was looking for a Grand Piano for about 2 years for our school. I had looked and played on so many pianos, listening for the special tone, action, feel and quality that I knew I wanted for us. I felt after looking for a year that the Kawai was the one to meet our satisfaction. So I set out on a mission to find the best Kawai that I could for the money. Finally, I saw an advertisement for a Kawai that was 30 years old and had been rebuilt by Brigham Larson. [Brigham] told me how much he loved Kawais too but had found something I may be very interested in and that was the Hailun Piano. When I played on it and compared it right alongside the Kawai and Yamaha I was blown away. Long story short – this piano is AMAZING!!! The Hailun sound is absolutely beautiful! The touch and response is everything I dreamed of. This piano does exactly what I want it to do. It has high-quality parts and is built very well. The price is very reasonable. I would take the Hailun over a lot of other high-end pianos I am around all the time. Our school was so happy about Hailun that we not only bought the model 178 Grand but also the HU-5P Upright. We love Hailun! I also can’t say enough good about Brigham Larson. He is not a pushy salesman and I feel he is very honest and stands behind what he says, he is also an amazing piano technician.

During the visit, I was told of another few hundred dollars of maintenance that my piano could use, but I felt no pressure to commit to have the extra repairs done. It was a joy to have Brigham work on our new-but-used piano. His work was incredible, amazing, and perfect. Our piano needed a lot of help – way beyond just a tune-up – and he really can do anything! We also enjoyed simply having him in our home! My four kids and I sat around and watched him work, and he was happy to point out piano parts, explain what he was doing, answer questions, and respond to random knock-knock jokes. He let the kids poke around in his tools, and we even got a concert when he was finished. We are so blessed with music in our home now! Thanks for a great-sounding piano.

Fell head over heels in love with our piano!
Our family has wanted a piano for many years. No one plays, but we all want to. The cost and not knowing very much about them always made them seem just out of reach. Lately the desire to have a piano in our home for our children (and us) outweighed the excuses and had us looking online in November. We kept returning to Brigham's site because it was so user-friendly and had YouTube videos of many of the pianos they sell. We spent hours online watching him play piano after piano until we found the refurbished Melin Winkle and I fell head over heels in love with it... and brought it home. We did look at many other places for a piano, online and in person, but none of the competitors made us feel as welcome or as taken care of as Brigham Larson Pianos. We just felt like Brigham knew his pianos, their personalities and who belonged with whom. They are like part of his family until he finds a good home for them. Brigham tuned and raised the pitch of our 1980 45″ Baldwin, so we could sell it. The piano sounded so great after he finished that I’m not sure I can part with it anymore. Not only was his work brilliant, but during the two hours he spent on our piano he answered all of our questions about its action, brightness, dynamic range, and selling value (this while entertaining our cat, who insisted on attacking him). Brigham is warm, generous, and absolutely adept.

Brigham went above and beyond to help my son discover the right piano for his musical journey. He was very patient and generous answering my many questions during the whole process and made the entire experience quite enjoyable for us. We discussed numerous makes and models, including many he doesn't offer (new) and never was there a disparaging word regarding them. This allowed us to focus on the sound and feel of the instruments at numerous stores, to find the best fit. We ultimately decided on a beautiful Hailun Grand that we couldn't be happier with.

Couldn't be happier!
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Brigham Larson Pianos. We came up from Davis County after looking into many different places because of [Brigham’s] large inventory of used pianos and great reviews. It was immediately apparent they know their stuff and want to make sure you get exactly what you want. There was no pressure at all. We didn't find exactly what we wanted on the first visit, but they went out of their way to let me know as soon as something came up. Brigham was very patient as I asked question after question and made sure he was there personally when we did come back a few weeks later to purchase a BEAUTIFUL piano at a great price. They rearranged their delivery schedule to fit us in and even sent Jacob all the way down to our home a few days letter to fix a squeaky hinge and make a minor adjustment. He was very professional and courteous as well. If you're in the market for a piano, it's worth the drive to come here! Everything was top notch.
