1919 Kimball 54" Wood Finish Upright Piano

This 1919 Kimball 54" upright piano has been completely rebuilt in our piano shop, both structurally and cosmetically. Originally manufactured in Chicago during Kimball’s peak production years, this piano has been restored to perform at a high level while preserving its original character.

The rebuild includes new strings, tuning pins, hammers, dampers, and fully rebuilt action components, along with a refinished plate and soundboard. The cabinet has been professionally refinished, the pedals replated, and the keys replaced with durable acrylic keytops.

Musically, this piano has a powerful, full tone with deep bass, rich warmth, and long sustain. It also has a light, responsive touch, making it an enjoyable and capable piano for a wide range of players.
