"I highly recommend this company if you're looking for piano services. I have a very old player piano (inherited from my grandmother) and not only did we need our piano tuned, but a note stopped playing. The first company I called (just the first name I saw when I Googled piano tuning) had a technician come out and tell me they wouldn't be able to fix the note that wasn't playing unless they took out the player system and there'd be no way to put the player system back in. I was told it was the only option and unless I had a professional who specialized working with "old" player pianos (which I was told would cost thousands of dollars) I just needed to accept that the piano had a good life and it was time to say goodbye to that unique feature. I almost said yes!! Thank goodness my husband stepped in and said we would look around at all our options before letting them destroy our player. I called Brigham Larson Pianos, I told them what was going on and what the past technician said, they sent a technician out, and within a couple hours I had all piano keys working, all keys tuned, and the player was still in tact and in perfect working condition!
