This unique Steinway has recently entered our showroom! This is somewhat of a museum piece, with intricate furniture designs and its original Brazilian rosewood finish. (Brazilian rosewood is no longer available, and hasn't been for some time.) The instrument itself is in excellent condition with many more years of music to come. This 1878 Steinway is from the early years of Model A production. The Model A has gone on to become one of the most common models in family rooms around. This piano is 6 feet long and is a perfect size for your home. It has its original keys, which are in A- to B+ condition. All cracks and scratches have been filled. The strings have been replaced, and the dampers and tuning pins are new. The interior plate has been refinished. The soundboard and action are the originals and have been brought up to excellent condition.
