Refund Policy: All purchases made at Brigham Larson Pianos are final, reflecting our commitment to quality and your musical happiness. We understand unique situations may arise, and authorized returns are evaluated at the discretion of Brigham Larson Pianos. If approved, returned items will incur a 10 percent restocking fee and associated delivery costs. Prior to processing a return, our skilled technicians will meticulously inspect the instrument for any potential damage. Any determined damage will be factored into the restocking fee and delivery charges before the return is scheduled for pick-up.

Deposits: Secure your dream piano with ease by placing a deposit. With approval from our management, deposits provide a reservation period of up to 7 days or more. This thoughtful option grants you ample time to finalize your decision and make an informed choice.
